For some strange reason, I've long been fascinated by the Rorschach test. We finally got around to studying it this week and it did not disappoint. I was surprised and delighted to learn that is actually demonstrates a high degree of reliability and validity.

I am not sure, however, how my answers of "a seahorse being delivered with forceps" or "a seahorse whose brains just exploded" would fare in the scoring process. Yikes!

Apparently one needs a lot of advanced training in order to perform the test. I'm truly going to work on that. I would love to be able to conduct the Rorschach (and you'll all get to be my guinea pigs)!
